Filling up the vacant seats of UG Engg. / Tech. / Arch. / Pharmacy courses for the session 2018-19 through Mop-Up Round will start from 18th July, 2018 to 20th July, 2018 from 11:00 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. at the Office of the Principal Secretary, FET, Jadavpur Universi ty (Main Campus). Allotted candidates are advice to fill up the online Application Form available at Jadavpur University web portal www.jaduniv.edu.in.

Students are advised to bring the properly filled in Print out of Online Application Form, Seat Allotment Letter issued by WBJEE Board - 2018, Rank Card and original Mark-sheet, Certificate of Class 10 and Class (10+2) along with self attested Xerox copies, domiciled certificate, Income certificate and other relevant certificates.

Allotted students by WB-JEEB-18 in U.G. Engg. / Tech. / Arch. / Pharm courses will have to be deposited Rs. 710/- in Cash or by Demand Draft / Bankers Cheque in favour of “Registrar, Jadavpur University” payable at Kolkata at the counter of admission desk for Admission as Tuition Fees and other charges for the session 2018-19 & 2019-20 (for two years only) except the Information Technology.

Allotted students by WBJEEB-2018 in Information Technology course of J.U. will have to deposit Rs. 25,860/- for the session 2018-19 by Demand Draft / Bankers Cheque in favor of “Registrar, Jadavpur University”, payable at Kolkata at the counter for the admission for Tuition Fee and other charges for the session 2018-19 (one year only). Enrolment No., JEE Rank, Name of the Student and allotted course must be written in block letter on the reverse side of the Demand Draft / Bankers Cheque.

It is to be noted that Ragging is prohibited as per decision of the Supreme Court of India in Writ Petition No. (C) 656/1998.
