Massive Open Online Course (MOOC)
All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has introduced Model Curriculum for Bachelor of Technology programme with 160 credits in the entire programme of 4 years, and additional 20 credits will be required to be achieved through Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) from different platform for the degree of Bachelor of Technology with Honours. These additional 20 credits will have to be acquired with online courses (MOOCs) as per AICTE. Students of B Tech program will have to complete additional 20 credits through MOOCs within 4 years of time. For Non-AICTE programs, students can opt for MOOCs as Mandatory Additional Requirements (MAR) up to 40 credits.
This creates an excellent opportunity for students to acquire the necessary additional skillset for employability through massive open online courses where the rare expertise of world famous experts from academics and industry are available.

Steps for admission:
Application: Applicants have to apply through our online admission portal.

Verification: We shall verify all documents and eligibility; accordingly the application will be accepted or rejected. This manual process may take several weeks. Normally we process all applications few days prior to the commencement of the course. However, in case of huge number of applications it may also be processed much earlier than the commencement of the course.

Acceptance: The candidate will be informed through SMS and email regarding the acceptance/rejection.

Payment: Upon acceptance of the application, the candidate will be allowed 48 hrs for the payment of course fees; failing of which the application will be rejected automatically by the system.

Confirmation: After successful payment the admission will be confirmed and a payment acknowledgement will be generated. The applicant must keep this record for their future reference.

Award of Certificate: The certificate will be awarded to the students after successful completion of the course by securing 40% marks in the assignments and final examination. Admission to a course does not guarantee providence of certificate.

Our system is fully automated and any correspondence to manipulate anything is not entertained.

A candidate will have access to their courses only for 11 weeks from the date of commencement of the course.

Students should consult their Universities before registering a MOOC course, because the acceptance tolerance may vary among universities.
