Application Fee (Including Counseling Fee)
Rs. 1000/- (Rs One Thousand Only) For General Candidates
Rs. 800/-(Rs. Eight Hundred Only) For SC/ST/OBC Candidates (A & B)
Eligibility Passed/Appeared class 10th Examination from a recognized board with 65% in aggregate for General candidates and with 60% in aggregate for SC/ST/OBC (A & B) candidates.
Mode of Fee Payment On-Line
Age No upper age limit, but candidates should be minimum 14 years of age as on 01.08.2018
Some Specific Guidelines for the candidates
  • SC/ST/OBC-A (NCL) /OBC-B (NCL) Certificates should be issued by the competent authority of the State of West Bengal. Such certificates issued from other states are not eligible to avail the scope of reserved category seats.
  • At any stage during persuasion of diploma education, if a candidate is found to be ineligible as per admission eligibility norms, his/her candidature will stand cancelled automatically.
  • Securing a rank in the above examination does not ensure a seat for admission.
  • The candidates are requested to take Print Out of filled in online Application Form and keep with them for future reference. The print out of application form doesn’t require sending to the University.
Application Form will be available in the university website (www.knu.ac.in) from 01.05.2018
