Notification of Even Intermediate Semester Examinations, 2022-2023

• It is hereby notified for all concerned that the Even Intermediate Semester Theory Examinations, 2022-2023 i.e., UG Second and Fourth Semester, UG-LAW Second, Fourth, Sixth and Eighth Semester, and PG Second Semester will be conducted by the University from May 17, 2023 (Wednesday) to June 13, 2023 (Tuesday) in Conventional (Pen-Paper) evaluation method. The detail tentative schedule for the same is attached herewith as Annexure I. The UG and PG Even Intermediate Semester Practical, Dissertation and Viva Examinations will be conducted after Theory Examinations and the Schedules will be communicated later by the respective Dean Office.
• All the students with Arrear Papers (Theory/Practical) from UG Second and Fourth Semester, UG-LAW Second, Fourth, Sixth and Eighth Semester, and PG Second Semester are hereby advised to fill up examination forms through online mode available on the University website (www.sxuk.edu.in) through student’s login from March 31, 2023 (Friday) to April 06, 2023 (Thursday). The fees for the Arrear Examinations without late fine is INR 500 /- per Paper (Theory / Practical).
• The examination forms will also be accepted from the students from April 07, 2023 (Friday) to April 13, 2023 (Thursday) for Arrear Examinations with late fine i.e., INR 1000/- per paper (Theory / Practical). No application for ‘Arrear Examinations’ will be entertained thereafter under any circumstances.
• The students can download their Admit Cards from the University website (www.sxuk.edu.in) through student’s login on and from May 15, 2023 (Monday) for UG-LAW and MBA, and May 29, 2023 (Monday) for the rest at 4.00 pm. onward. Entry into the Examination Hall will be allowed only on production of Admit Card along with Student’s ID Card. The students are instructed to report the Examination Hall 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting of examinations. Detail Rules for Examinations is attached herewith as Annexure II.
