UG & PG Odd Semester Theory Examinations, 2023

• It is hereby notified for all concerned that the Odd Semester Theory Examinations, 2023-2024 for UG 1st, 3rd, and 5th Semester, UG LAW 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th Semester, and PG 1st and 3rd Semester will be conducted from the University from November 21, 2023 (Tuesday) in Conventional (Pen-Paper) evaluation method. Detail tentative schedule for the same is attached herewith as Annexure I. The Odd Semester Practical Examinations (if any) will be conducted immediately after Theory Examinations and the Schedules will be communicated later by the respective School/Department.
• All the students with Arrear Papers (Theory/Practical) from UG 1st, 3rd, and 5th Semester, UG LAW 1st, 3rd, 5th and 7th Semester, and PG 1st and 3rd Semester are hereby advised to fill up examination forms through online mode available on the University website (www.sxuk.edu.in) through student’s login from October 10, 2023 (Tuesday) to October 19, 2023 (Thursday). The fees for the Arrear Examinations without late payment is INR 750/- per Paper (Theory / Practical).
• The examination forms will also be accepted from the student from October 20, 2023 (Friday) to October 31, 2023 (Tuesday) for Arrear Examinations with late payment i.e., INR 1500/- per paper (Theory / Practical). No application for ‘Arrear Examinations’ will be entertained thereafter under any circumstances.
• The students of UG LAW 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 9th Semester, can download their Admit Cards from the University website (www.sxuk.edu.in) through student’s login on and from November 17, 2023 (Friday) at 04.00 pm. onward whereas others can do so on and from November 24, 2023 (Friday) at 4.00 pm. onward. Entry into the Examination Hall will be allowed only on production of Admit Card along with Student’s ID Card. The students are instructed to report the Examination Hall 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting of examinations. Detail Rules for Examinations is attached herewith as Annexure II.
