Notification for PhD Even Semester Course Work Examinations, 2022-2023

• It is hereby notified for all concerned that the PhD Even Semester Course Work Examinations, 2022-2023 for 2nd Semester Students will be conducted by the University on June 03, 2023 (Saturday) and June 10, 2023 (Saturday) in Conventional (Pen-Paper) evaluation method. Detail tentative schedule for the same is attached herewith as Annexure I. The PhD Even Semester Seminar/Term Paper/Viva Examinations (if any) will be conducted immediately after Theory Examinations and the Schedules will be communicated later by the PhD Cell.
• All the students with Arrear Papers (Theory/Practical) from PhD 2nd Semester are hereby advised to fill up examination forms through online mode available on the University website (www.sxuk.edu.in) through student’s login from April 17, 2023 (Monday) to April 23, 2023 (Sunday). The fees for the Arrear Examinations without late fine is INR 500 /- per Paper (Theory / Practical).
• The examination forms will also be accepted from the studentsfrom April 24, 2023 (Monday) to April 30, 2023 (Sunday) for Arrear Examinations with late fine i.e., INR 1000/- per paper (Theory / Practical). No application for ‘Arrear Examinations’ will be entertained thereafter under any circumstances.
• The students can download their Admit Cardsfrom the University website (www.sxuk.edu.in) through student’s login on and from May 29, 2023 (Monday) at 4.00 pm. onward. Entry into the Examination Hall will be allowed only on production of Admit Card along with Student’s ID Card. The students are instructed to report the Examination Hall 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting of examinations. Detail Rules for Examinations is attached herewith as Annexure II.
