The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has published the examination timetable for the January 2027 Chartered Accountancy Foundation and Intermediate examinations. The exams will be conducted at centres across India and at three international locations.

Intermediate Examination Schedule

The CA Intermediate examinations will be conducted in two groups. The schedule is as follows:

Each Intermediate paper will have a duration of three hours. Candidates will also receive a 15-minute reading period before the examination, from 1:45 pm to 2 pm.

Foundation Exams in January 2027

The CA Foundation examinations are scheduled to take place on January 3, 5, 7 and 9, 2027. The duration varies according to the paper.

Examination Centres

The January 2027 examinations will be held at various centres across India. Major locations include Delhi/New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Jaipur, Lucknow and Ahmedabad, along with other cities.

International examination centres will also be available in Bahrain, Dubai and Kathmandu. Examination timings at these locations will be adjusted to correspond with the 2 pm Indian Standard Time commencement.
