The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has released the results for the CA Intermediate and CA Foundation examinations conducted in January 2026. Candidates who appeared for these exams can now check their scores on the official ICAI website by entering their registration number and roll number.

In the CA Intermediate examination, Kanhaiyalal secured the top rank across India. In the CA Foundation exam, Logapriya P P emerged as the highest scorer for the January 2026 session.

Students can download their scorecards by visiting the official result portal: https://icai.nic.in/caresult/. The institute had earlier declared the results of the CA Final examination as well.

CA Intermediate January 2026 Pass Statistics

ICAI has released group-wise performance data for the Intermediate exam. In Group I, 105,526 candidates appeared for the exam and 14,733 passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 13.96%.

For Group II, 69,477 candidates appeared and 10,798 cleared the examination, giving a pass percentage of 15.54%, which is the highest among the categories.

Among candidates who attempted both groups together, 41,798 appeared for the exam and 3,924 passed, leading to a pass percentage of 9.39%, the lowest among the three categories.

CA Foundation January 2026 Gender-wise Data

ICAI also shared gender-based statistics for the CA Foundation exam. A total of 57,238 male candidates appeared, of which 11,523 qualified, giving a pass percentage of 20.13%.

Among female candidates, 52,456 students appeared and 9,576 successfully cleared the exam, resulting in a pass percentage of 18.26%.
