The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has officially announced the results for the CS Professional examination held in December 2025. Candidates can now access their results through the institute’s official website, icsi.edu.

As per the official update, the CS Executive results will also be declared later the same day at 2:00 PM.

How to Check Results

Candidates who appeared for the December 2025 examinations can view their results online by entering their roll number and login credentials. The online scorecard provides a detailed subject-wise breakdown of marks.

The institute has clarified that marks statements will be made available only in digital format on the official website. Physical copies will not be sent to candidates.

Examination Overview

The CS Executive and CS Professional examinations for the December 2025 session were conducted in offline mode between December 22 and December 29, 2025, at designated centres across the country. Thousands of aspirants participated in the examinations.

June 2026 Examination Schedule

The next examination cycle for CS Executive and CS Professional programmes will be conducted from June 1 to June 7, 2026, during morning sessions.

Online enrollment, along with fee payment, will begin on February 26, 2026.

Additionally, the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) is scheduled from June 1 to June 4, 2026, in afternoon sessions. Registration for CSEET will commence on March 1, 2026.
