PUBDET 2025 Results Announced by WBJEEB After Legal Delay

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has released the 2025 PUBDET (Presidency University Bachelor Degree Entrance Test) results, following a delay caused by legal complications tied to OBC reservation policies.

Initially expected on August 9, the result announcement was halted by a Calcutta High Court stay order. The matter reached the Supreme Court, which eventually lifted the stay, enabling WBJEEB to move forward with publishing the outcomes.

Overall Pass Rate: 99.17%
Female Candidates’ Pass Rate: 99.53%
Male Candidates’ Pass Rate: 98.81%
West Bengal Candidates Qualified: 5,170
Out-of-State Candidates Qualified: 92
