Tamil Nadu DGE 2026 Supplementary & Arrear Exam Timetable Released for Class 11 and 12 Students | News


The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE), Tamil Nadu, has announced the timetable for the 2026 supplementary and arrear examinations for Higher Secondary students. These exams provide students with an additional opportunity to clear pending subjects or improve their scores without affecting their academic year.



Exam Schedule

According to the official timetable, the examinations will be conducted during June and July 2026.

Class Exam Type Dates
Class 12 (HSE +2) Supplementary Examinations 29 June – 7 July 2026
Class 11 (HSE +1) Arrear Examinations 8 July – 16 July 2026

Exam Timings

All examinations will be held in a single shift from 10:00 AM to 1:15 PM.

  • Reading Time: 10:00 AM – 10:10 AM
  • Answer Sheet Verification: 10:10 AM – 10:15 AM
  • Writing Time Begins: 10:15 AM

Application and Revaluation Dates

Supplementary Exam Applications 18 May – 2 June 2026
Revaluation / Retotalling Requests 5 June – 8 June 2026
Students are advised to complete all applications within the specified timeline through the official examination portal to avoid missing important deadlines.
