Schedule of physical verification for 1^st semester (NEP) 2026 under centralized admission portal
Time: 11.30 am onwards to 3:30 PM

Documents Required for Physical Verification

Candidates must bring the following documents in original along with one self-attested photocopy (Xerox) of each:

1. Printout of the Application Form, Last Payment Receipt and Provisional Admission Confirmation Certificate generated from the admission portal.
2. Proof of Date of Birth (DOB).
3. 10+2 Registration Certificate.
4. Class 10 Mark sheet.
5. Class 12 (10+2) Marksheet.
6. Social Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL), if applicable.
7. PWD Certificate, if applicable.
8. EWS Certificate, if applicable.
9. Passport-size Photographs (02 copies).
10. Valid Photo Identity Proof.
11. Aadhaar Card.
12. Registration Certificate and Migration Certificate (if applicable).
13. District/State/National/International Level Sports Certificate (for candidates claiming Sports Quota/Weightage).
14. Original School leaving certificate.
