Undergraduate Admission 2026

This is to inform all concerned that the Physical Verification of provisionally admitted candidates (PHASE-1, ROUND1) in the B.A./B.Sc. 4-YEAR UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM with Single Major Single Minor, for the academic session 2026-2027, will commence at A.P.C. Roy Govt. College as per the following schedule:

Students are directed to be present on the college campus by 11:30 a.m. with the following documents (ORIGINAL) for verification.

1. Printout of system-generated application.
2. Printout of system-generated provisional admission certificate.
3. Admit Card of Class 10 examination or Birth Certificate (as age proof).
4. Marksheet of Class 10 examination.
5. Marksheet of 10+2 or equivalent examination.
6. In case of SC, ST, EWS, OBC and PWD candidates, caste/PWD certificate from appropriate authority as per Govt. of West Bengal Rule. EWS candidates must furnish their EWS certificate issued on or after 01.04.2023.
7. Printout of Admission payment receipt.
8. Passport-sized colored photograph (2 copies).
9. Aadhaar card and ABC ID, if applicable.
10. Registration certificate, if applicable.
11. Migration Certificate, if applicable.
12. Anti-ragging declaration duly signed by the student and guardian. Visit (https://www.antiragging.in/affidavit_affiliated_form.php) to download the anti-ragging form.
13. Self-attested copy of 10th level marksheet, 10+2 level marksheet, age proof, SC/ST/OBC certificate (if applicable), PWD/EWS certificate (if applicable), AADHAR and ABC ID (if applicable), Registration certificate, Migration certificate.

Without physical verification of documents, your candidature will stand cancelled.
