Physical Verification Schedule 2026
Undergraduate Admission 2026

According to the notification of the Higher Education Department, Government of West Bengal (Memo No 608Edn (CS) /10m-95/14, dated 14.05.2026), the Physical Verification of newly admitted students of the 1st Semester 2026 will take place from 27th June to 4th July, 2026, between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

During this period, students must present themselves at Arambagh Girls' College according to the schedule with the following documents (Original and Xerox):

1. Proof of Age (Madhyamik Admit Card / Birth Certificate)
2. Persons with Disabilities Certificate (PWD Certificate)
3. Bank Passbook
4. Caste Certificate
5. ID Proof (Aadhar Card / Voter Card)
6. Madhyamik Marksheet
7. Higher Secondary Marksheet
8. School Leaving Certificate
9. Anti-Ragging Declaration (To be filled online and a printed copy must be brought)
10. Other documents that were used during the form-fill-up process
