Final Verification & Cancellation Rules 2026

Verification of Original Testimonials (Pending Cases & Final Opportunity)
Undergraduate Admission 2026

Verification of Original Testimonials (Pending Cases & Final Opportunity),
Upload of Mandatory Documents and Cancellation of Admission

1. Verification of Original Testimonials (Verification Pending Due to Non-uploading of Required Documents)

It is hereby notified for the information of all students concerned that some applicants attended the verification of their original testimonials on the scheduled date; however, their verification could not be completed due to their failure to upload the following mandatory documents:

  1. Undertaking by Student on Anti-Ragging (Annexure-1);
  2. Undertaking by Guardian on Anti-Ragging (Annexure-2); and
  3. Declaration by the Student and Guardian (Annexure-3).

Such students are hereby directed to upload the above-mentioned documents within 7 (seven) days from the date of their physical verification at the College.

The students concerned are further advised to log in to the admission portal and carefully verify that all uploaded documents are complete, legible, and in the prescribed format. If any document other than those mentioned above is found to be missing, incorrect, or improperly uploaded, the same must also be rectified within the stipulated period.

Students who upload the required documents will receive a confirmation email from the College on or after 27 June 2026.

If any student does not receive the confirmation email after the above-mentioned date, they are advised to contact the College only through their registered email ID by sending an email to helpdesk@bankurachristiancollege.in.

Students who have already uploaded the required documents are asked not to send any email to the College merely because they have not yet received the confirmation email before the above-mentioned date. Confirmation emails will be sent only after the verification process is completed.

Failure to upload the required documents or to rectify any deficiency in the uploaded documents within the stipulated period shall result in the cancellation of the applicant's admission, notwithstanding the fact that the applicant had physically attended the verification process.

2. Verification of Original Testimonials (Final Opportunity)

Despite having deposited the admission fees for different undergraduate programmes, some applicants failed to appear for the verification of their original testimonials on the scheduled date and time.

Such applicants are hereby directed to report in person for verification of their original testimonials on 22 June 2026 or 23 June 2026, between 11:00 a.m. and 01:30 p.m., at the College premises. No request for verification on any other date or at any other time shall be entertained.

Applicants are also directed to download the following documents from the portal, duly fill them in, sign them wherever applicable, and upload the scanned copies to the portal before appearing for verification of their original testimonials. Failure to upload the required documents shall result in non-verification of the applicant's candidature, and no further opportunity for verification shall be provided.

The following documents must be uploaded:

  1. Undertaking by Student on Anti-Ragging (Annexure-1);
  2. Undertaking by Guardian on Anti-Ragging (Annexure-2); and
  3. Declaration by the Student and Guardian (Annexure-3).

Applicants are strictly warned that failure to appear for verification on the above-mentioned date and within the stipulated time shall be treated as an indication that they are no longer interested in pursuing admission to this College. In such cases:

  1. The provisional admission of the concerned applicant shall stand cancelled automatically without any further notice.
  2. The applicant shall not be permitted to complete the University Registration Form Fill-up process through this College.
  3. No representation, appeal, email, or request for reconsideration shall be entertained thereafter.
  4. The seat provisionally allotted to the applicant shall be treated as vacant and may be allotted to another eligible applicant, if applicable.

All concerned applicants are advised to treat this as the final opportunity for verification and to ensure their presence with all original testimonials on the scheduled date and within the stipulated time.

3. Cancellation of Admission

Students admitted to the First Semester UG Programme who wish to cancel their admission are required to submit an application in person at the College Office, enclosing:

  • A copy of the first page of their bank passbook; and
  • The admission receipt.

Students must also produce the original HS/Equivalent Mark Sheet at the time of submitting the application. Requests submitted without the original mark sheet shall not be entertained.

The latest UGC Refund Policy shall be followed for processing the cancellation of admission and refund of fees, as applicable.
