1st Hostel Admission List 2026
Undergraduate Admission 2026

• First List for Hostel admission for students of 1st Semester UG Courses for the session 2026-27 has been prepared on the basis of marks in HS/equivalent examination and minimum 30 KM distance between the College and permanent residence.
• Mere submission of Hostel Admission Fee does not allow for admission to Hostels of the college. It is subject to verification of the competent authority.
• Following documents are required at the time of verification of Hostel Admission:
  • Photocopy of H.S. Marksheet
  • Admission Money receipts (College & Hostel)
  • Original Distance Certificate from the concerned Panchayet / Municipality / Block Office / Zila Parishad or Competent Authority
  • One Passport size Photograph
  • Photocopy of AADHAR Card
  • “Anti-raging Affidavit” (ANNEXURE – I by the Student and ANNEXURE – II by the Legal Guardian) in Non-Judicial stamp papers duly verified by the oath commissioner.
• Name, Address & Mobile No. of local guardian (must be within Bankura Town) and signature of legal guardian are required during verification of Hostel Admission.
• Once admitted, no money will be refunded for mistake on the part of the candidate.
• Fee’s structure may be revised during subsequent Hostel admission renewal in 2nd Yr., 3rd Yr., and 4th Yr.
• A student can stay maximum three/four years in a hostel.
• With regard to the interpretation of the provisions on any matter not covered for Hostel Admission, the decision of the college shall be treated as final.

• Login into your account using username and password
• Click OK
• Click Hostel Admission
• Click Bank Portal Payment and complete payment process. After paying the hostel admission fee, students must contact the concerned Warden or Warden-in-Charge to complete the remaining formalities.
