Notice for documents verification for candidates admitted during Phase-3 for Admission to UG Programmes, 2026-27

OFFLINE DOCUMENT VERIFICATION SCHEDULE FOR THE NEWLY ADMITTED CANDIDATES
IN VARIOUS UNDERGRADUATE COURSES FOR THE ACADEMIC SESSION: 2026-2027 THROUGH
THE WBCAP PORTAL (3rd Phase)

All admitted candidates through the WBCAP are requested to attend the offline verification drive on the specified date & time.

• Copy of the application form (generated through the WBCAP Portal).
• Copy of the payment acknowledgement slip (paid through the WBCAP Portal).
• Copy of the Provisional Admission Letter (generated from the WBCAP Portal).
• All original and one self-attested photocopy of the following:
  • Proof of Date of Birth (Admit Card of Class 10th)
  • 10+2 Registration certificate
  • 10th Marksheet
  • 10+2 Marksheet
  • Original of the Respective Social Category Certificate (If applicable)
  • Original of the PWD Certificate (if applicable)
  • Original of the EWS Certificate (if applicable)
  • One Photograph (Passport sized)
  • Aadhaar Card

• All students must report to the College Office.
• If a candidate cannot visit the college on her scheduled date, due to some unavoidable circumstances, anyone from her family may bring the required documents along with an authorization letter from the candidate.
• If a candidate doesn’t attend the physical document verification, their admission will be cancelled, and the seat will be opened for the next round of admissions.
