All the Applicants who have taken Provisional Admission in Semester-I for the Academic Session 2026-27 in various U.G. courses in Chapra Bangaljhi Mahavidyalaya through Centralized Admission Portal (up to 23.06.2026) conducted by Higher Education Department, Govt. of West Bengal are informed to be present at the college for Physical Verification of their Admission related documents as per the following schedule:

Note:

1. Students must complete both: (i) Offline Verification of their documents as well as (ii) Online Confirmation of Admission, failing of which, their admission process will not be completed.
2. Students are instructed to submit the following documents (attached) at the time of Document Verification along with the Students Information Sheet (attached).

7. SC/ST/OBC Certificate, if applicable
8. PwD Certificate, if applicable
9. EWS Certificate, if applicable
10. AADHAAR and ABC ID if available
11. Registration Certificate, if applicable
12. Migration certificate, if applicable
