Document Verification after 3rd Phase UG Admission 2026-2027

This is to inform all students who have been provisionally admitted through the 2nd Mop-up Round (3rd Phase) that they are required to report to the College Office on 20.08.2026 for document verification.

Students must report to the College Office between 12:00 Noon and 1:00 PM on the above-mentioned date.

All provisionally admitted students must bring the original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies of the following documents for verification:

1. 1. Printout of the Application form duly signed;
2. 2. Provisional Admission Letter (original + one self-attested photocopy);
3. 3. Age proof (Class 10 Admit Card) (original + one self-attested photocopy);
4. 4. Class 10+2 mark sheet (original + one self-attested photocopy) [Without lamination];
5. 5. Class 10 mark sheet (original + one self-attested photocopy);
6. 5. Caste certificate issued by the appropriate authority (if applicable) (original + two self-attested photocopies);
7. 6. PWD Certificate issued by the appropriate authority (if applicable) (original + one self-attested photocopy);
8. 7. EWS Certificate issued by the appropriate authority (if applicable) (original + one self-attested photocopy);
9. 8. Migration certificate (if applicable) (original + one self-attested photocopy);
10. 9. Printout of the Admission Fee Payment Receipt/Challan (original + one self-attested photocopy);
11. 10. Affidavits on Anti-ragging duly signed, one by the applicant and another by the parent/ guardian of the applicant (need not be notarised) [Format of the same provided herewith];
12. 11. Attendance Affidavit duly filled in and signed by the applicant (need not be notarised) [Format of the same provided herewith];
13. 12. Aadhar Card (original + one self - attested photocopy);
14. 13. Two passport size photographs (with full signature at the back of the photographs).
