This is for the information of all provisionally admitted students who could not attend the earlier document verification schedule that they are directed to report to the College Office on 02.07.2026 or 03.07.2026 for document verification. Students are required to report to the College Office between 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. on either of the above-mentioned dates.

Those who fail to report for document verification will be liable to have their provisional admission cancelled.

All provisionally admitted students must bring the original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies of the following documents for verification:

The Students must bring the following documents arranged in the below-mentioned order:

• Printout of the Application form duly signed;
• Provisional Admission Letter (original + one self-attested photocopy);
• Age proof (Class 10 Admit Card) (original + one self-attested photocopy);
• Class 10+2 mark sheet (original + one self-attested photocopy) [Without lamination];
• Class 10 mark sheet (original + one self-attested photocopy);
• Caste certificate issued by the appropriate authority (if applicable) (original + two self-attested photocopies);
• PWD Certificate issued by the appropriate authority (if applicable) (original + one self-attested photocopy);
• EWS Certificate issued by the appropriate authority (if applicable) (original + one self-attested photocopy);
• Migration certificate (if applicable) (original + one self-attested photocopy);
• Printout of the Admission Fee Payment Receipt/Challan (original + one self-attested photocopy);
• Affidavits on Anti-ragging duly signed, one by the applicant and another by the parent/guardian of the applicant (need not be notarised) [Format of the same provided herewith];
• Attendance Affidavit duly filled in and signed by the applicant (need not be notarised) [Format of the same provided herewith];
• Aadhar Card (original + one self - attested photocopy);
• Two passport size photographs (with full signature at the back of the photographs).
