UG Mop-Up Phase Document Verification Notice 2026

This is to inform all students who are taking provisional admission in the Mop-Up Phase through the Decentralised Admission Portal that they are required to report to the College Office on 23.09.2026 for document verification.

Students must report to the College Office between 12:00 Noon and 1:00 PM on the scheduled date.

Students who are unable to appear on 23.09.2026 may report for document verification on 25.09.2026 between 12:00 Noon and 1:00 PM.

Students failing to report for document verification within the stipulated time on 23.09.2026 or 25.09.2026 will have their provisional admission cancelled.

All provisionally admitted students must bring the original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies of the following documents for verification:

• 1. Printout of the Application form duly signed;
• 2. Provisional Admission Letter (original + one self-attested photocopy);
• 3. Age proof (Class 10 Admit Card) (original + one self-attested photocopy);
• 4. Class 10+2 mark sheet (original + one self-attested photocopy) [Without lamination];
• 5. Class 10 mark sheet (original + one self-attested photocopy);
• 5. Caste certificate issued by the appropriate authority (if applicable) (original + two self-attested photocopies);
• 6. PWD Certificate issued by the appropriate authority (if applicable) (original + one self-attested photocopy);
• 7. EWS Certificate issued by the appropriate authority (if applicable) (original + one self-attested photocopy);
• 8. Migration certificate (if applicable) (original + one self-attested photocopy);
• 9. Printout of the Admission Fee Payment Receipt/Challan (original + one self-attested photocopy);
• 10. Affidavits on Anti-ragging duly signed, one by the applicant and another by the parent/guardian of the applicant (need not be notarised) [Format of the same provided herewith];
• 11. Attendance Affidavit duly filled in and signed by the applicant (need not be notarised) [Format of the same provided herewith];
• 12. Aadhar Card (original + one self - attested photocopy);
• 13. Two passport size photographs (with full signature at the back of the photographs).
