Please be informed that the form fill up for the Undergraduate 1^st Semester Final Examination (CCFUP-NEP) for 2025 will commence from 11.02.2026 (10 AM). The deadline for form fill up is 16^th February 2026, by 11:59 PM. All concerned students are required to complete their examination form fill up within this timeframe, adhering strictly to the provided guidelines. It is strongly advised that candidates submit their forms by the specified deadline.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Candidates need to visit the link specified below to fill up the examination form available in the Vidyasagar University website.
2. Candidates also need to visit the link given below to pay the examination fees available in the Haldia Government College website from 15.02.2026.
3. Candidates must submit a printed copy of the completed application form, examination fees receipt and admission fees receipt to the college office for physical verification. Failure to submit the required documents will result in the withholding of the mark sheet.
4. After completion of physical verification, the candidates can take a print out of ADMIT card from the college or through self from the University examination form fill up portal.

Breakup of fees: Lab-based: 615/- (Exam fees), Non-lab based: 515/- (Exam fees) + 100/- (Fees for project and practical evaluation for arts students), 50/- (Convenience fees for all).
