This is hereby to notify the girl students of Heramba Chandra College that they are instructed to apply for K2 scheme (One-time Grant) or K1 scheme (Annual Scholarship) under the Kanyashree Prakalpa by the Government of West Bengal.

Eligibility:

• K2 scheme: 18 years of age
• K1 scheme: Under 18 years of age

Applicants are requested to submit an application on plain paper addressed to the Principal of the college, mentioning:

1. Name
2. College Roll No.
3. Date of Birth
4. Valid Mobile Number
5. Name of Previous Educational Institution
6. Kanyashree ID (for renewal/upgradation after school level) OR reason for not availing Kanyashree at school level
7. Bank Account Number with IFSC

Supporting documents to attach (self-attested where applicable):

1. Two passport-size colour photographs (white background)
2. Photocopy of College Admission Receipt
3. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
4. Photocopy of Aadhaar Card
5. Photocopy of first page of bank passbook
6. Photocopy of caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC candidates)
7. Photocopy of parent's Voter ID Card (self-attested by parent)
8. Declaration Certificate from school stating no Kanyashree facility (for fresh applicants only)

Candidates are directed to submit the documents to Mr. Bappaditya Das (9903661991 / 9830348708) at 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm from 21.07.2026 to 31.07.2026.

Note: Candidates who have already availed K2 benefits are not eligible.
