UG Document Verification Schedule 2026
Undergraduate Admission 2026-27

All BA / BSc / BCom (4 years Major & 3 years Multi-disciplinary) students of 1^st Semester 2026 who have taken admission in the 1^st Phase are directed to present at Jogesh Chandra Chaudhuri College on the following dates with his/her own original documents for Document Verification:-

If any candidate fails to verify his/her documents within the stipulated date, his/her admission will be treated as cancelled.

Candidates must bring the hardcopy of the following documents at the time of Document Verification positively:

1. Printed copy of Application form from Admission Portal.
2. The last payment receipt
3. Authorized age proof document (Original + 1 photocopy).
4. Madhyamik Mark sheet (Original + 1 photocopy).
5. H.S. Marksheet(Original + 1 photocopy).
6. Caste Certificate of Candidate (Original + 1 photocopy).
7. Income Certificate from proper authority especially for EWS Candidate (Original + 1 photocopy).
8. Aadhar Card of Candidate (Original + 1 photocopy).
9. Original Migration Certificate(if required) + 1 photocopy
10. ABC ID Certificate(generate through online by useing of Aadhar) copy.
