At the time of admission, the student will sign a declaration that she will abide by all the rules and regulations of the College, and accept
the decision of the Teacher in Charge/Principal in all matters as final.

All students are expected to conduct themselves in a manner based on respect for the dignity and rights of individuals and personal and
academic honesty.

Christian students are expected to avail of the special facilities provided to them to enrich their lives as Christians.

The language and conduct of the students are expected to be in conformity with the Vision and Mission statements of the college.

Absence from college must be justified in writing and if illness is the cause, a medical certificate is to be submitted.

A Student attending at least 75% of the total number of classes held shall be allowed to appear at the concerned Semester End
Examination subject to fulfilment of other conditions laid down in the regulations. (CSR/44/2023)

A Student attending at least 60% but less than 75% of the total number of classes held shall be allowed to appear at the concerned
Semester End Examinations subject to the payment of prescribed condonation fees and fulfilment of other conditions laid down in the

A Student attending less than 60% of the total number of classes held shall not be allowed to appear at the concerned Semester End

In order to earn the corresponding credit of any paper, a candidate has to secure 30% marks separately in Theory & Practical/Tutorial
component of the said paper, whichever is applicable. (CSR/44/2023)

Absence from Mid-term tests, Internal Assessment tests or End-semester examinations must be justified in writing and in case of
illness, by a medical certificate. These letters and medical certificates with a covering letter from the parent or guardian of the student
are separate from those intended to justify absence from college at other times.

Students leaving the city for any of the holiday periods are expected to make their arrangements according to the college calendar.

Students who have low attendance will repeat the semester as per University norms (CSR/05/2023)

Ragging of any sort and sexual harassment is strongly prohibited.

Those who use unfair means at examinations will face disciplinary action.

All students are expected to dress modestly

The use of mobile phones in the Academic Building is not permitted.
