Admission Criteria

• Students having Honours / Major in English and having obtained 4.0 CGPA in 3 years UG Degree Course up to 6 semesters (Under CCF and CBCS system) are eligible for admission subject to fulfilment of other eligibility criteria.
• Students having passed all semesters including 5th Semester will be considered for provisional admission for this year subject to production of all cleared mark sheets up to 5th semester before the notified period. The provisional admission will be cancelled if the eligibility criteria are not fulfilled.
• UG Degree holders having less than 120 credits in Hons /Single Major Subject up to 6 Semesters or less than 50% of 120 credits from the Core Courses /Major Discipline as per NEP 2020 are not eligible to apply for admission to PG. Courses.
• There will be an admission test for all candidates belonging to CU or other universities.
• In all likelihood, 50% weightage would be given to the performance in the test, while 50% on the marks secured in the UG Examination.
• The date of the Admission Test will be notified later.
