UG Phase 3 Verification Notice 2026

In pursuance of the G. O. No. 916-EDN (CS)/10M-95/14 dated 29.07.2026, it is hereby notified for all concerned that the Physical Verification of documents (Phase II) of the students seeking admission to the Undergraduate Courses for the Academic Session 2026–27 will be conducted from 20^th August, 2026 & 21^st August, 2026 from 11:30 to 16:30 hrs. and 11:00 to 13:00 hrs. for 22^nd August, 2026 according to the following schedule:

Students are instructed to adhere to the schedule strictly.

Venue: NCC Room (Previous IQAC room), Ground Floor

Students are directed to report the above-mentioned venue on the scheduled dates with the following documents (in original and one self-attested photocopy).

1. Admission Form (print copy)
2. Admission Payment Receipt
3. 10^th Std. Admit Card / Birth Certificate (for age proof)
4. Mark sheet of 10^th and 12^th Std.
5. Aadhaar Card
6. One stamp size colour photograph for Identity Card.
7. ABC ID (if available)
8. Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC Candidates)
9. PWD Certificate (if applicable)
10. EWS Certificate (if applicable)
11. University of Calcutta Registration Certificate (if already registered with CU)
12. Migration Certificate (if applicable)
13. Anti-ragging declaration in prescribed format following the link given Anti-ragging declaration submission online. For more information Accessing the UGC Anti-ragging website & Filling up the Anti-ragging Undertaking. Candidates are to fill the Anti-ragging declaration through the above mentioned link & submit the duly signed PDF of the declaration generated.

N.B. OBC candidates are to bring revalidated OBC certificate, not the old OBC-A or OBC-B certificates else their documents will not be verified.

Admission is subject to cancellation if any information provided by the candidate is found to be incorrect. Parents or guardians will not be permitted to enter the college premises on the scheduled reporting dates. In the event that a candidate is unable to report in person due to unavoidable circumstances, a parent or guardian may report on their behalf. In such cases, they must carry all the required documents along with a valid authorization letter issued by the candidate & a photo ID Proof of the guardian.

Attention: Classes of Semester-I for the academic session has already started from 07.07.2026, students are instructed to attend the classes just after their physical verification is over as per class routine available on the college website.
