Rectification of “Continue/Exit” Option for Students Who Have Passed Semester-VI Examination

All students of Semester-VI under the Curriculum and Credit Framework (CCF), 2022, who have successfully passed the Semester-VI examination, are hereby informed that, as per the University of Calcutta notification dated 19.05.2026, they are required to ensure that the appropriate “Continue/Exit” option has been selected in their enrolment/form-fill-up process.

Students are advised to take note of the following:

1. Students who have already completed their Summer Internship in any earlier even semester (Semester II/IV) may choose either:
   • “Continue for Semester-VII (if eligible)”, or
   • “Exit”.
2. Students who have not yet completed their Summer Internship may choose either:
   • “Summer Internship and Continue for Semester-VII (if eligible)”, or
   • “Exit with Summer Internship”.

It has been observed that some students may have inadvertently selected an incorrect option, while others may wish to reconsider their choice after the publication of the Semester-VI results.

Accordingly, students who wish to change their previously selected option may submit an application through the College within 20.08.2026.

Students are therefore advised to carefully check their selected option and, if necessary, contact the College Office within the stipulated period for rectification.

No request for change of option will be entertained after the expiry of the prescribed rectification period.

All concerned students are advised to take note of the above and complete the necessary process within the stipulated time to avoid any future complications.
