Students who have taken admission in a course in previous merit list stage and wish
to take admission in another course in current published merit list stage subsequent
to their name appearing in the relevant course, will have to login to the College/Student
Portal (User Code will be sent through SMS, starting 2026XXXX)
and confirm within the current merit list admission date.
Rules & Regulations for Course Change:

Course change application can be made within the admission schedule for the current merit list.

Candidates have to upload all documents with proper resolution and
clear visibility before applying.

Course change application does not guarantee admission to the new course.
Admission is subject to approval, verification and availability of seats.

No fees should be paid for new course. The fees paid for the old course
will be adjusted against the new course.

Deficit if any will have to be paid to complete the admission process.
The payment has to be made positively within 24 hours from the approval
of the course.

Any surplus arising out the course change will be refunded in due course.
