AS PER CALCUTTA UNIVERSITY NORMS, IT IS MANDATORY FOR STUDENT TO HAVE (ACADEMIC BANK CREDIT) ABC ID FOR ALL SEMESTER-I COURSES SESSION 2025.
In case of payment being deducted from students bank account and challan not being generated by the system, students are required to email their Name, Contact No, Application No with payment proof (Mini Statement from ATM / Scanned copy of Bank Passbook page / Bank E-Statement) to admission@shrishikshayatancollege.in

Eligibility Criteria

Three Years Honours Graduate of the B.A. Examination of University of Calcutta of the current / immediate previous year.
Honours Arts Graduate from other recognized Universities with minimum 50% in Honours of the current / immediate previous year.
Candidates passing Honours / Major Courses in Arts with First class in Under Graduate Degree levels from Indira Gandhi National Open University, Netaji Subhash Open University and the Distance Education Programmes of other Universities in West Bengal.

Reservation of Seats

SC/ST/OBC/PH and others – as per reservation rules issued by Higher Education Department, Govt. of West Bengal.

Selection Procedure

Admission will be strictly on the basis of merit.
Merit List of candidates will be published in college website only.
Admission of candidates from merit list will be done on specified dates (Admission Schedule to be notified).
The applicable admission fee is to be paid online by Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking.
