Physical Verification of Documents for UG 1st Semester (2026–27)
Students Admitted through Central Admission Portal.

This is for information to all concerned that the physical verification of documents of the UG 1st Semester (2026–27) students, provisionally admitted to the College through the Central Admission Portal for B.A./B.Sc. 4-Year (Honours/Honours with Research) UG Programmes, will be conducted as per the schedule given below for completion of the admission process.

Schedule

All provisionally admitted candidates are required to report to the College with the following documents:

1. Signed printed copy of Application Form.
2. Two copies of Final Provisional Admission Letter issue by Centralized Admission Portal.
3. Original Mark Sheet of H.S. or equivalent examination.
4. Self attested photocopy of Mark Sheet of last qualifying examination.
5. Original Admit Card of Madhyamik /Age proof.
6. Self-attested photocopy of Madhyamik Admit card/ Age-proof.
7. Two copies of recent colour passport-size photograph.
8. Caste Certificate in original (if applicable).
9. Self-attested photocopy of Caste Certificate.
10. Disability/ Divyangyan Certificate in original (if applicable)
11. Self-attested photocopy of PwD/ Divyangyan (PH) Certificate (if applicable)
12. Self attested copy of Blood Group Certificate i.e. Blood Test Report
13. Original and self attested photocopy of Character Certificate / School Leaving Certificate.
14. Original and self attested photocopy of EWS certificate from competent authority (2026-27) (if applicable)
15. Original and self attested photocopy of CU registration certificate (only for CU registered candidates)
16. Original and self attested photocopy of Migration Certificate (not for WBCHSE, ISC, CBSE, NIOS)
17. Original and self attested photocopy AADHAAR Card
18. Admission cancellation certificate and TC from other college, if already admitted in another college during previous year.

Note: In case, any discrepancy is found during the verification, the candidature of the concerned student will be cancelled.
