Subjects Offered
Candidates are required to mention ONE SUBJECT studied at the Graduation or Post Graduation level (whichever is the highest) from the list below.
Eligibility Criteria 2026
Minimum Marks:
50% marks in Bachelors or Masters Degree for General Category and 45% for Reserved Categories.
Age Limit:
Maximum age limit is 40 years as on 1st July 2026 for freshers.
Minimum qualification is a graduate degree. Only candidates who have obtained final results are eligible. Candidates presently undergoing Masters (PG) courses are not eligible to apply.
Additional Academic Standards:

Must have studied at least one subject offered in the B.Ed. course at either Graduation or Post-Graduate level.

Commerce Students: May apply for the Economics method, provided Economics was studied at the Graduation or PG level.

A good command and fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential.

Form Submission & Fee
Apply online at www.sxccal.edu. The application fee of Rs. 1,200/- must be paid through Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking to register the application.

Prints & Records
Take a printout of the Application Form, Payment Receipt, and Acknowledgement Sheet. Keep these ready for the interview. Do not submit these to the office beforehand.

Shortlisting for Interview
The list of candidates selected for interview will be published online. Candidates must follow the specific instructions provided with the list.
The interview list and related details will be announced later.
Candidature Notice: False or wrong information, or concealment of any information in the application form, will lead to immediate cancellation of the candidature and admission.
Selection Process 2026
Final Selection: The merit list will be prepared based on a cumulative score of both Academic Performance and Interview Performance.
