Physical Verification of Provisionally Admitted Students in Phase-2 (Mop-Up Round) for the Session 2026-27

All provisionally admitted students to B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. Semester-1 UG Courses in the MOP-UP ROUND (Phase-2) at Syamaprasad College, Kolkata, for the academic session 2026–27 under the Centralized Admission Portal are required to complete their physical document verification and report to the college according to the following schedule.

Failing to appear for the physical verification will lead to the cancellation of admission by the college without any further notice.

🕒 Time: 11:30 AM – 04:00 PM

📍 Venue: Syamaprasad College, Annex Building, Auditorium Hall

Students must bring the following original documents and one photocopy of that for verification:

Printouts of the application form
Last payment receipt.
Provisional admission confirmation certificate generated from the portal (https://wbcap.in).
Original proof of Date of Birth.
Original of the 10th Admit Card.
Original of the 10th Marksheet.
Original of the 10+2 Registration Certificate.
Original of the 10+2 Marksheet.
Original of the Respective SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD Category Certificate (if applicable).
Original of the Aadhaar.
ABC/APAAR Id Copy
Original of the District/State/National/International Level Sports certificate for candidates who possess such certificate (if applicable).
Original of the Bank Passbook
