Candidates who have taken provisional admission through the West Bengal Centralised Admission Portal (WBCAP) for the Academic Session 2026-27 must report to the College for physical verification of documents as per the schedule given below.

DOCUMENTS TO BE CARRIED BY APPLICANTS FOR PHYSICAL VERIFICATION
(The Original and One self-attested copy of each)

1. System-Generated Application Form & Provisional Admission Receipt
2. Class X Examination Mark Sheet and Certificate (Age Proof)
3. Class XII Mark Sheet and Registration Certificate
4. Category Certificate (SC, ST, OBC-A/B, EWS) if applicable
5. Disability Certificate (PWD) if applicable
6. Valid Photo ID Proof - Aadhar Card
7. Passport-size photographs (Two)

If any discrepancy is found between the data provided in the Portal and in the documents, the provisional admission will be summarily cancelled.

Admission can be confirmed only after successful verification of all relevant documents by the college authority, followed by registration with the affiliated university i.e. the University of Calcutta.
