The candidates are advised to bring the following documents in ORIGINAL during the physical verification process:

⚫ Copy of Application Form, Provisional Admission Slip & Payment Receipt of WBCAP
⚫ 10+2 Original Mark sheet
⚫ Class 10 Original Mark sheet
⚫ Age proof document (Birth Certificate / Class X Admit etc.)
⚫ Original AADHAAR
⚫ Original document of reservation (e.g. SC/ST/OBC/PW/EWS) facility (if any)
⚫ Two copies recent & colour stamp sized colour photographs

During physical verification, no electronic copy will be entertained except document(s) from DigiLocker. There should be provision for writing on the back of 10+2 Mark sheet (preferably non-laminated)

If any falsification of data found, at any stage of admission process, the candidature will be cancelled. Missing of physical verification may also leads to cancellation of candidature.
