Document Verification Schedule 2026
Undergraduate Admission 2026

All faculty members are hereby informed that, as per the Higher Education Department Notification No. 698-Edn(CS)/10M-95/14 dated 14.05.2026, the Physical Verification of newly admitted students will be conducted from 27th June 2026 to 4th July 2026.

1. Physical Verification shall be conducted strictly as per the above-mentioned HED notification from 27th June 2026 to 4th July 2026.
2. For the purpose of Physical Verification, faculty members assigned to verification duty shall remain available from 11:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. daily, excluding Sunday, 28th June 2026.
3. Faculty members are requested to collect the verification files from the College Office from 25th June 2026 onwards. The files will contain the list of documents required for student verification, department-wise allotment lists, verification checklists, and other relevant documents.
4. All Substantive and SACT faculty members are requested to remain available for verification duty. Each department shall ensure the presence of at least two substantive faculty members along with SACT faculty member on every day of the verification period. In departments having fewer than two substantive faculty members, the duty roster may be prepared by assigning additional SACT faculty members as required. Departments without any substantive faculty member shall make suitable arrangements to ensure adequate representation of SACTs during the verification period.
5. The duty roster for the verification period must be prepared and submitted to the college email address (sarojininaiducollege@gmail.com) by 26^th June 2026.
6. In addition to their respective Honours departments, faculty members of the following departments are requested to extend full cooperation in the verification of B.A. and B.Sc. General students: Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Sanskrit, Economics, Philosophy, Molecular Biology & Biotechnology, Environmental Science, and Physical Education.

All concerned are requested to extend their full cooperation for the smooth and successful completion of the verification process.
