All candidates seeking a refund of admission cancellation fees for the session 2025-2026 are required to submit an application. This application must include:

• Admission application number
• Shift of admission
• Subject or department
• Date of admission
• Account details where the refunded amount will be credited, clearly specifying:
  • Bank Name
  • Branch
  • Account Number
  • IFSC Code

Self-attested photocopies of the following documents must be attached to the application:

1. Admission application form
2. Front page of the bank passbook or a cancelled cheque

The application must be submitted in person at the college office from February 12, 2026 to February 19, 2026, according to the following schedule:

Note: Applications for admission refunds for the session 2025-2026 will not be accepted after the specified date and time. Submitted documents will undergo verification before processing.
