This is for information to all concerned that the physical verification of UG NCCF 1 st Semester (Session: 2026-27) students, provisionally admitted to the college from 09.06.2026 to 15.06.2026 & 20.06.2026 to 23.06.2026 during Phase I Online Provisional Admission under Centralized admission portal for B.A./B.Sc. 4 Year UG NCCF Courses will commence as per schedule given below for completion of their admission procedure. Venue for verification of testimonials: Vidyasagar Sabhagriha, Ground Floor, Centenary Building, A.B.N. Seal College

The students must bring the following documents during Physical verification:

1) Printed copy of duly filled in UG admission Application form (1 copy)
2)Original Age proof certificate (Admit card of Madhyamik/equivalent examination or Birth Certificate) (Along with one Self Attested Photocopy).
3) Non- laminated original copy Mark Sheet of MADHYAMIK or Equivalent and HS or equivalent examination (Along with one Self Attested Photocopy).
4) Final Provisional Admission Letter of provisionally Admitted Student (2 Self Attested Photocopies)
5) Self Attested Printed copy of the last payment receipt
6) Recent Passport size colour photograph (1 copy).
7) Original Caste Certificate from appropriate authority as per Govt. rule, if any (Along with the 1 Self Attested Photocopy).
8) Disability (PWDS/ Divyangyan) Certificate, if any (1 Self Attested Photocopy along with the original copy).
9)Original EWS Certificate valid for that year (2026-27) issued by Competent Authority, if any (Along with 1 Self Attested Photocopy).
10) AADHAAR Card (Along with 1 Self Attested Photocopy)
11) Admission cancellation certificate from other college, if already admitted in another college during previous year.

In case, any discrepancy is found during the verification, the candidature of the concerned student will be cancelled

The candidate must be present during verification of testimonials. In emergency cases, guardians of the students must appear in the college along with authorization letter by the student on 02/07/2026 to 04/07/2026 from 11:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m. along with the above-mentioned documents.

Absence of students and /or guardian in the above-mentioned dates may lead to cancellation of admission at A.B.N.Seal College.
