Document Verification Notice 2026
Undergraduate Admission 2026-2027

It is hereby notified that the physical verification of documents for newly admitted students in Umeschandra College-MAIN CAPMUS and Umeschandra College-EXTENDED CAPMUS through West Bengal Centralised Admission Portal (WBCAP) -session 2026-27 will be conducted on 27/06/2026 to 03/07/2026. For document verification, all admitted students must report to Umeschandra College-MAIN CAPMUS, 13 Surya Sen Street, Kolkata- 700012 from 7:15 AM to 9:15 AM at IT Lab of the college.

Students must be physically present at the time of verification along with documents. If any student fails to report due to some valid reason his/her guardian must report to the verification supervisor with an authorization letter from the student.

If any students or his/her guardian fails to report on due date of verification his/her admission will be cancelled without any intimation.

Documents required for Verification

1. A printout of provisional admission certificate downloaded from WBCAP / A printout of payment receipt downloaded from WBCAP
2. Original age proof (Class X admit card or certificate)
3. Original 10+2 marks sheet
4. Original SC/ST/OBC /PWD/EWS certificate (if applicable)
5. Original photo identity proof (such as AADHAR/PAN/Ration Card etc.)
6. Original Migration certificate for student other than WBCHSE/CBSE/ICSE
