Physical Verification of Documents for 1st Semester Admitted Candidates
(Phase-I Admission through Government UG Admission Portal)
All candidates admitted to the 1st Semester through the Phase-I admission process of the Government UG Admission Portal are hereby informed that they must appear for physical verification of their documents from 27th June, 2026 to 4th July, 2026 (At College Hour except Holiday) as notified by the college.
Candidates are required to bring the following original documents along with a downloaded copy of the Government UG Admission Portal Admission Form:
- ABC ID
- Aadhaar Card (Original)
- Madhyamik Examination Admit Card (Original) for Date of Birth verification
- Higher Secondary Examination Mark Sheet (Original)
- Madhyamik Examination Mark Sheet (Original) for verification of tie-break criteria, if applicable
- School Transfer Certificate (TC) (Original)
- Downloaded Government UG Admission Portal Admission Form
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Two copies of Passport or Stamp Size Photos
- Higher Secondary Examination Admit Card and Registration (Original)
Venue for Verification:
- Candidates admitted to Major Courses must report to their respective academic departments for document verification.
- Candidates admitted to Multidisciplinary Courses must report to the College Office for document verification.
After successful verification, candidates must submit the downloaded Government UG Admission Portal Admission Form and collect their Allotment Certificate from the concerned department/office.
Commencement of Classes
Classes for the 1st Semester will commence from 6th July, 2026. All admitted candidates are advised to attend classes regularly from the first day.
Important Information Regarding Verification and Registration
- The present document verification process is the First Verification.
- After completion of the first verification, all admitted candidates must complete a Second Verification through the College Admission Portal.
- The schedule and detailed procedure for the second verification will be announced separately by the college. Candidates are advised to regularly visit the college website for updates.
- The second verification is mandatory for submission of information required for Vidyasagar University Registration.
- After completion of the second verification process, all candidates must again report to the college with their original testimonials for University Registration Verification and Signature Submission.
