On-line applications are invited for admission into Intermediate 1st year in Center of Excellence (COE) Colleges, Regular Junior Colleges, Vocational and Sainik Colleges functioning under the control of Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society, Hyderabad (TGSWREIS). The TGSWREIS is providing intensive coaching for IIT, NEET and other National wide prestigious Institutions through Center of Excellence (COEs).

The candidate can opt any one of the Groups from the Part III.
  • The students from native of Telangana State are eligible to apply for TGSWR Intermediate admissions through TGSW RJC-CET-2026.
  • The students, who are appearing for SSC Public Examination in March-2026 / ICSE / CBSE on regular basis are eligible to apply.
  • The students, who passed SSC / CBSE / ICSE during the academic year 2025-26 on regular basis are eligible for admission into Intermediate in COEs, Regular Junior Colleges, Vocational, Sainik and Fine Arts Colleges Junior Colleges.
  • The annual income of the parent should not exceed Rs. 2,00,000/- for Urban students and Rs. 1,50,000/- for Rural students. Income certificate issued by MRO to this extent should be submitted at the time of admission.
  • Candidate should be medically fit at the time of admission.
  • The age of the students should not exceed 17 years as on 31/08/2026 for BC, Minority and Other Caste and not exceed 19 years forSC, SCCC and ST.
    Note: TGSWR Sainik Schools for Intermediate I-Year to be born between 01/04/2010 and 31/03/2012. The age of the students of all the communities (SC, ST, BC, Min. OC/EBC) will not exceed 16 years as on 01/04/2026.
  • The students should produce all relevant original certificates at the time of admission and then only the admission will be confirmed.
  • The Applicant must submit his/her application only through online byvisiting TGSWREIS Website tgswreis.telangana.gov.in.
  • Sample Application given at Annexure.
  • Before filling the application through online, the candidate have to read the information/ prospectus already uploaded in the website [*ADVICE: candidates can prepare a hardcopy first and then fill through online to avoid mistakes].
  • After fulfilling the eligibility, the candidate should submit the duly filled inONLINEapplication through the official website.
  • Candidates should upload his/her Passport size photo and signature.
  • The candidates must opt only one group i.e. M.P.C. or B.P.C. or M.E.C or C.E.C. or H.E.C (Only one group is to be opted) and vocational groups.[Choosing vocational groups is optional, not mandatory]for getting admission in TGSWR COEs and NON COEs Junior Colleges, Vocational, Sainik Colleges.
  • There is no scope for change of any particulars mentioned in the applicationaftersubmission of ONLINE application.
  • The candidate need to pay an amount of Rs. 200/- towards Registration fee irrespective of Caste. This payment should be made through credit card / Debit card / NET banking / QR Scan.
  • The entrance exam will be conducted in English and Telugu medium.
Admission Test
About the Entrance Test
  • Date of test: 15/05/2026 from 10:00 A.M. to 01:00 P.M.
  • Standard of the Question Paper is of class 10th.
  • The test is OMR based, the test shall be for 160 marks.
  • The entrance test question paper shall be in English and Telugu.
  • The Questions will be of multiple choice type [MCQs].
  • Each question carries ONE mark. Each Question has only one correct / appropriate answer.
  • For each wrong answer 1/4th mark shall be deducted.
  • 4 sets of question papers (SET-A, SET-B, SET-C & SET-D) shall be there duly jumbling the questions.
  • The candidates should write and bubble the set (series) of question paper given to them in the space provided in OMR without fail. Otherwise the valuation cannot be done.
  • The Subject wise allocation of marks shall be as follows:

Candidate should appear the Entrance Test at the centre allotted to him/her as indicatedin the Hall Ticket. No candidate is allowed to appear the test without Hall Ticket. Candidate should report half an hour before the commencement of test.

Composition of the Test: Consisting following 4/5 sections for MPC, BPC, MEC, CEC and HEC groups and all the sections are in the same Question Paper Booklet.

The candidates @1:10 will be selected for Sainik College as there will be another test at institution level in Aptitude, Physical and Medical before providing admission in Sainik college.

If more than one candidate secured the same Marks in the entrance test, the selection is done based on the Marks securedin group opted subjects will be taken into consideration in the following order and if it is also same Date of Birth is taken into consideration i.e. senior student will be given preference.

Method of Recording Answers: All the questions are compulsory and shouldanswer in separate OMR answer sheet provided. Every Question is followed byfour alternative answers (1, 2, 3 and 4 or a, b, c, and d), out of which only one iscorrect. Choose the correct answer and darken the relevant circle in the OMRsheet against the corresponding question number with Blue/Black ball point pen.Only blue/black ball point pen should be used.

Candidates are not allowed with the printed/written material, cell phones,calculators, smart watches to the examination hall.

After receiving the OMR answer sheet, the candidate should check his/her Hallticket number, name and other details and read the instructions given.

Before attempting the question candidate should read the instructions givenin the question paper.

The test is (OMR based), Circles should be bubbled with Blue / Black Ball point pen only and Pencils should not be used at any cost. If pencil is used in marking / bubbling the circle, then the OMR sheet shall not be corrected / scanned.

Over bubbling, semi bubbling, multiple bubbling is strictly prohibited and such bubbling shall not be valued while scanning the OMR.

If the bubbling is made with RED ballpoint pen (or) any other color (other than Blue or black) ball point pen, such OMRs shall not be scanned by the OMR scanning machine. Therefore, utmost care should be taken in this regard. If any candidate uses RED / other color ballpoint pen for bubbling, he/she is whole responsible for non-correction of OMR.

The results will be announced through Media / SMS to the given Mobile Number. Model Question paper of Entrance Test is given at annexure.
Final Selection
  • Selection will be made on merit basis subject to fulfillment of criteria prescribed (Eligibility and Reservation).
  • The Candidates who pass in one attempt in SSC Public Examinations, 2026 are eligible for admission.

  • Last date for submission of applications through ONLINE is: 25/04/2026.
  • Hall tickets can be downloaded from one week before the examination date.

Admission Process
  • After the selection process, the list of provisionally selected candidates willbe displayed in the respective Junior Colleges and communicated to thecandidates over phone through the mobile number furnished by thecandidate in the online application.
  • The provisionally selected candidates should report to the respective Juniorcolleges with the following documents in original along with one set of Xeroxcopies of certificate for verification.
    • Memorandum of marks of SSC/X Class Board Exam.
    • Bonafide Certificate duly mentioning the Date of Birth issued by the concerned school where the candidate has studied class X.
    • Transfer certificate issued by the School where the candidate has studied Class X.
    • Aadhaar card.
    • Annual Income Certificate of Parent issued by the Tahsildar.
    • For SC, SCCC, ST and BC candidates caste certificate issued by Tahsildar.
    • For disabled candidate’s medical certificate issued by concerned medical officer.
    • For Orphans – Certificate issued by the Tahsildar.
    • Four Passport size Photographs of candidates.
