I) Consequent upon the seats which remained vacant due to non-completion of admission formalities by some candidates, the candidates whose particulars are mentioned in the selection lists appended to this notification have been provisionally selected for admission to 5-Year BA-LL.B. Programme offered at private affiliated law colleges mentioned against each strictly on the basis of score and marks obtained in the KUET-2026 and preference submitted by the candidates during online counselling held from 19th to 23rd June, 2026.

II)The admission of the candidates is subject to:

1. Production of all relevant original documents {Marks Card/s of qualifying examination, Domicile certificate, Character & Provisional Certificates of the Institution last attended and Migration certificate (if applicable)};
2. Production of eligibility cum revival of registration/migration wherever applicable along with prescribed fee;
3. Fulfilling of minimum required eligibility conditions to be verified by the concerned Department / Centre/ Campuses with reference to the original documents;
4. Production of an affidavit sworn in before 1st Class Judicial Magistrate stating that:
• I am not pursuing any programme/course through regular mode;
• All the submitted certificates/documents are genuine;
• I shall strictly adhere to the rules and regulations of the University in toto;
• I understand that in case of any misinformation or concealment of any information or indiscipline, my admission to the programme shall be cancelled and I shall be subjected to legal action;

III) Course Fee Structure:
The approved course fee structure for BA-LL.B Programme for all private affiliated Law Colleges is Rs. 30,000/- per annum (Rupees Thirty Thousand only per annum) inclusive of all charges. In addition to the course fee candidates are required to deposit one time Rs. 600/- as registration fee and Rs. 200/- as eligibility fee (where ever applicable).

IV) The provisionally selected candidates shall download their online Admission Forms from official website of the University of Kashmir www.kashmiruniversity.net by entering their Entrance Test Roll No. and report alongwith all the relevant original certificates and self-attested Xerox copies of certificates/documents to the Principals of the concerned Colleges for online acceptance of the admission form and for deposition of prescribed Fee from 02-07-2026 to 04-07-2026 upto 4:00 pm (working days only), after depositing the requisite fee, the fee receipt alongwith admission form and other relevant documents be submitted in the office of the concerned Campus by or before 04-07-2026 upto 04:00 pm (working days only). Any provisionally selected candidate failing to complete the admission formalities upto 04-07-2026 shall forfeit his/her right to admission.

V) All Notifications / circulars / lists are being uploaded on the official website of the University www.kashmiruniversity.ac.in or www.uok.edu.in which shall be deemed to have been served upon all candidates.
