PG Verification Notice 2026

With reference to the guidelines of Department of Higher Education, Government of West Bengal vide Ref. No. No. 638-Edn (U)/HED- 12016(21)/5/2025-UNV SEC-Dept. of HE dated 18/05/2026,and direction of the competent authority, Alipurduar University, all the provisionally admitted students up to 3rd phase in different PG Programmes (MA, MSc, MCom) at Alipurduar University are hereby informed that their physical verification of documents will be held on 09th, 10th and 11th September, 2026 from 12 noon to 3 pm. in their respective departments in the Alipurduar University Campus.

1. Printed copy of duly filled in application form.
2. Print out of the payment slip
3. Admit Card/Certificate of Madhyamik or equivalent examinations or Age Proof Certificate.
4. H.S. (10+2) Mark Sheet.
5. UG Mark Sheet.
6. Student's Caste/EWS/PH Certificate issued by the appropriate authority as per Govt. Rule.
   (In case of OBC category NCL certificate and original OBC certificate)
7. Two pass port size colour photograph.
8. Aadhaar Card
