This is to inform all shortlisted candidates who have already submitted their application forms for PhD Admission 2025 in the Department of Philosophy, University of Allahabad and its constituent Units against the Notice dated 10/12/2025 that the Research Aptitude Test (RAT) will be conducted Offline as per the following schedule:

The RAT will consist of Presentation (of the synopsis submitted by the candidate) followed by Interview. Candidates are requested to report on time and bring the following documents in original for verification:

1. Mark-sheets and Certificates of all qualifying examinations (High School, Inter, UG and PG)
2. NTA’s JRF/NET/PhD Only Score Card
3. Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) latest and in prescribed format, if applicable
4. Disability Certificate (PwD) in prescribed format, if applicable
5. NOC and Experience Certificate for Part-Time candidates
6. Application form (attested printout)
7. AADHAR

Failure to produce the required documents may lead to disqualification from the RAT.
