The students who have applied for admission in Semester-I of the LL.M, M.A. in Journalism & Mass Communication and Integrated Bachelor of Library & information Science - Master of Library & information Science (Integrated B.Lib.I.Sc. - M.Lib.I.Sc.) of this University for the Academic Year 2025-26 and whose names are in the merit list, after completion of Group A & Group-B admission, are hereby informed that they may take admission for the vacant seats for Law, Journalism & Mass Communication and Library & information Science Departments of the University as per the schedule given below:
In addition, candidates who have not applied for admission earlier to the following programmes for the Academic Year 2025–26 may also take admission through Spot Admission against the vacant seats, subject to fulfilment of the prescribed eligibility criteria and availability of seats, as per the schedule given below:

Please note that the Students who are willing to take admission must appear in person in the respective department/P.G. Secretary office and sign in the attendee’s sheet between 12:00 Noon to 01:00 P.M. otherwise their candidature will not be considered. The students must come with the application form submitted during merit list preparation and requisite fees for spot admission. The admission will be conducted completely on the basis of merit among the appeared students in the stipulated time [i.e. 12:00 Noon to 01:00 P.M.]. The vacant positions in the different departments will be published soon.
Step to followed for Admission:

Applicants need to register in their respective Department or office of the P.G. Secretary between 12:00 Noon to 01:00 P.M.

Department or office of the P.G. Secretary will verify the applicant’s documents and provide two admission slips to the applicant.

Applicant has to submit one admission slip to the Finance Department and pay the requisite fees.

After the payment is made, the applicant has to submit another admission slip along with the cash receipt to the Office of the P.G. secretary to complete the admission procedure.
The following document must be brought by the applicant at the time of admission:
- Application Form.
- Original Admit Card/ Certificate & Mark Sheet of Secondary School Examination or equivalent.
- Original Mark Sheet of Higher Secondary School Examination or equivalent.
- Original Mark Sheet of Graduation / LL.B. etc.
- Original caste certificate if belonging from reserved category.
- Original PH certificate if applicable.

OBC category candidates are requested to download the prescribed Self Declaration Form which is available from the University website, duly fill it, sign it and must submit the same during Admission.
