Physical Verification of documents for UG 1st semester under 2nd Phase Mop-Up Round in Santali Medium through CAP, 2026-2027

In pursuance of the Notification of Department of Higher Education, Govt. of West Bengal (vide Notification No. -698Edn(CS) /10M-95/14, Dated: 14/05/2026) the physical verification of documents for students of 1st semester, 1st year admitted 2nd Phase Mop-Up Round in different Undergraduate programmes in Santali Medium under the Centre for Studies in Santali Culture and Language, Bankura University through Centralised Admission Portal of academic year 2026-27 will be as follows.

All admitted students are requested to must bring original documents as attached for physical verification of documents by the concerned Department of Bankura University.

Date of physical verification of documents: 3^rd August, 2026 to 5^th August, 2026.

List of Document Verification:

• Application form submitted in Centralised Online Admission portal.
• Admission Money Receipt.
• Provisional Admission Letter issued bv HED.
• Aadhar card issued by competent Govt. Authority.
• ID proof issued by competent Govt. Authority.
• Proof of age: Admit or Certificate of Madhyamik or equivalent examination.
• Admit Card/Registration Certificate of H.S./equivalent, examination (10+2).
• School Leaving Certificate.
• Proof of Marks: Mark sheet of H.S./equivalent examination (10+2) and Mark sheet of Madhyamik/or equivalent examination 10th level.
• Certificate of Reserve category (if applicable): SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B certificate issued by competent Govt. Authority.
• Certificate of economically weaker Section (if applicable): EWS certificate issued bv Competent Govt. Authority.
• Person with Disability certificate (if applicable): PWD certificate issued by competent Govt. Authority.
