Issuance of New Identity Cards for Ph.D. Scholars

It is hereby notified to all registered Ph.D. scholars that Bankura University is initiating the process for issuing new Student Identity Cards. All scholars must submit their verified data and complete the fee payment within the stipulated timeline.

So, you are advised to submit your correct details and upload a recent passport-size photograph with a clear background through the official Google Form given below.

• Data Collection Link: https://forms.gle/thfunBPWgPNA4fvH7
• Requisite Fee: Rs. 300/- must be paid to complete the process.
• Fee Payment Mode: Online via NEFT (National Electronic Fund transfer)

N.B.: Ensure you download or screenshot the NEFT payment receipt/transaction slip containing the UTR number, as you will need to upload it.

• Last Date for Submission & Payment: 10/09/2026
• File Upload Rule: Both the photograph and the payment receipt must be uploaded in JPEG/JPG format, and the file size must not exceed 10 MB each.

Scholars must complete both the Google Form submission and the fee payment before the deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
