All concerned are hereby informed that, in light of University Memoranda No. BBMKU/DSW/R/1181 dated 13.06.2026 and No. BBMKU/DSW/R/1269 dated 03.07.2026, the schedule issued for admission to the Undergraduate (Regular) FYUGP courses, session 2026–2030, and Undergraduate (Vocational) courses, session 2026–2029, in all affiliated, constituent, and minority colleges under Binod Bihari Mahto Koylanchal University, Dhanbad, is hereby modified / advanced as follows:

Important Instructions:
1. Candidates whose name / gender / date of birth in the APAAR is incorrect, but is correctly recorded in the Class 10 and Class 12 certificates, may be allowed document verification and admission on the condition that they submit a self-declaration stating that they will get the details of the APAAR card corrected within 25 days.
2. If the name of the Last Passed Board is found to be incorrect during document verification, the candidate shall submit a written application for correction to the concerned college. The college shall forward the said application to the Admission Cell, BBMKU, Dhanbad, so that the option for board name correction for the candidate may be enabled on the Chancellor Portal. Thereafter, the candidate shall submit an online correction request, and the concerned college shall allow online admission fee payment only after verifying and approving that request.
The applicant will have to appear for the verification of original certificates at the concerned college on the scheduled date and time mentioned in the selection/merit list.
Candidates must bring the following original documents:
1. Chancellor Portal Application Form
2. Original Class 10th Marksheet (for proof of date of birth)
3. Original Class 12th or Diploma/Polytechnic (3-Year Course) Admit Card & Marksheet 4. Original CLC/TC and Character Certificate
5. Original Migration Certificate (mandatory for all boards)
6. Original Caste Certificate (if applicable)
7. Original EWS Certificate (if applicable)
8. Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) Certificate (if applicable) 9. Personal ID (e.g., Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, College ID)
10. Two passport-size photographs
11. Filled Anti-Ragging application form
Ensure that you submit one set of self-attested photocopies of all the above-mentioned documents to the college. Additionally, it is mandatory to submit the original CLC (Character Certificate / Conduct Certificate) and Migration Certificate to the college.
Note:
College Leaving Certificate (CLC) Exemption: If a candidate has completed their 12th grade from the same college where they are taking admission, they do not need to submit a CLC. However, submitting the original migration certificate to the respective college remains mandatory.
Document Authenticity: If any student is found presenting fake or forged documents during verification, or if a discrepancy is found between the actual marksheet and the marks entered in the application form, their candidature will be cancelled
Deadlines: Candidates shall have no claim for admission once the final deadline has passed.
