It is for information of all the Principals / Directors of all the Constituent and Affiliated Colleges that the University portal for Medical Module shall remain open in https://exam.bput.ac.in from 17.02.2026 to 02.03.2026. The link shall be open for those registered students who remained absent due to medical ground during Odd Semester (Regular/Back) Examinations 2025-26 (2nd Phase).
All concerned are therefore requested to fill up details of the students in https://exam.bput.ac.in and upload necessary medical documents of each student (maximum.... kb) on or before 02.03.2026.
Mandatory Enclosures to be uploaded, without which the applications shall be rejected.
⚫ Medical Form available in BPUT website
⚫Minutes of the Medical Board done at College level and recommendation
⚫ Medical Certificates in original from the Government Hospital (In the event proved fake / tampered, the case shall be rejected)
⚫ Hospital admission and Discharge Certificates

It may be noted that a single PDF containing the above documents have to be prepared for each student and to be uploaded against each student.
No request for extension of date or direct application or application by e-mail will be entertained.

N.B: The Colleges having issues related to Medical of any student (e.g. not showing or any other issues) may send their authorized representatives along with relevant documents to the University in person on or before 02.03.2026 for taking further necessary action at University end.
