PG Spot Admission Notice 2026-27

Students who applied for admission to various PG programmes at Bongaigaon University (Main Campus) and appeared for the Bongaigaon University Entrance Examination, 2026, but have not yet registered on the Samarth Portal, that they are required to register on the Samarth Portal between 12/08/2026 and 14/08/2026 for Spot Admission.

Students who did not appear for the Bongaigaon University Entrance Examination, 2026 but appeared for the CUET or any other University Entrance Examination, are required to submit their score card on the day of Spot Admission for verification.

Further, candidates who did not appear for any PG Entrance Examination will be required to appear for the Departmental Test on the day of Spot Admission.

It is hereby informed that all candidates seeking Spot Admission must register on the Samarth Portal between 12/08/2026 and 14/08/2026 without fail, prior to reporting for admission.

All the students who applied through Samarth Portal to take admission into 1^st semester of postgraduate course in Bongaigaon University are asked to bring along with them all original & photocopy of the following documents:

1. H.S.L.C. Admit Card.
2. Caste Certificate.
3. UG Registration Card.
4. Consolidated UG Marksheet.
5. Print out of SAMARTH (hard-copy) Application.
6. AADHAR Card.
7. Gap Certificate (if any).
8. Bank Passbook photo-copy.
